a This is an SDR-3X by Sony. It can kick a football, walk and dance!! It is approximately 20 inches tall and is about 9 inches wide and 6 inches deep. It was first released on November 21, 2000. It is capable of walking 15 meters per minute.

This is Pino the humanoid by the Hiroaki Kitano of Kitano Symbiotic Systems . It has 29 motors and weighs 8 kg. It was finished on April 18th with about 150 mechanical pieces on it that make the robot run. It is covered in 35 panels of white and apple-green. It stands 75 cm tall and can walk and even kick a football!!        l

k This android was built for house work!! It was built to do chores round the house and is expected to decrease the amount of labour round the house. It can be programmed and carries out orders accordingly. It can be not just for public, house use– it can be used for more dangerous jobs like in a nuclear power plant to handle dangerous objects and construction sites or to remove land mines etc. it is believed to greatly effect the future. This clever design was built and recognized as TMSUK IV.
Honda’s Asimo is a walking android with advanced movement. Standing 1.2 meters tall, 0.45 meters wide and 0.44 meters deep, it weighs 43 kg.
Honda’s P3.P3 humanoid robot is smaller and lighter. It was finished in September of 1997. It is 160 cm tall and weighs 130 kg.
The original P1 android was shown by Honda at Robodex 2000. It weighs 175 Kg. This android, like 7 other experiments can walk!
