The Rules of Kosher

Jews are allowed to eat only food that is kosher.
All fruit, vegetables and grains are kosher.
Fish are kosher - if they have fins and scales.
Most birds are kosher.
Animals which chew the cud and have cloven hooves are kosher - all other animals are not.
Meat must be killed in a special way so as much blood as possible is removed.
Meat and milk foods cannot be eaten together.

Why are these foods not kosher:

Bacon Baps?

Lasagne?

MacDonalds burger and milkshake?

Pork chops?

Prawn cocktail?
