GTI Careers Service - Online information from a publisher of careers journals. All kinds of resources, including an employers' database, advice on CVs and interviews, and careers news. Aimed primarily at graduates.

Lifestyle UK - Careers - Concise reviews of hundreds of sites which offer either careers advice, job advertisements or recruitment in the UK. Bias towards IT and graduate opportunities, but the range is broad.

Milkround Online - At university? Want to get a regular job, job-type job? You could do worse than start here.

National Council for the Training of Journalists - Basic introductory advice for those looking for a career in journalism. Includes details on short and long-term courses, and distance learning.

Northcliffe - Careers Advice - Standard introductory advice from the Northcliffe Group - publishers of the Daily Mail - on careers in newspapers. Helpfully broadens its scope beyond journalists to all aspects of newspaper production.
