Let your peace spread to the ends of the earth: let everyone see the signs of your
presence everywhere. Lord, hear us.
We pray for anyone who finds it hard to hope - anyone who feels their situation is so
bad that there is no hope for them. May they truly see what is possible and find hope in
life once more. Lord, hear us.
Concluding Prayer
By your death and resurrection, Lord Jesus, give us new life, so that we may put all
the bad things behind us, and live a new life serving you and all people. We make this

No more lying, then! Each of you must tell the truth to one another, because we are all
members together in the body of Christ. If you become angry, do not let your anger lead
you into sin, and do not stay angry all day. Don't give the Devil a chance.
Language comes alive when it speaks by deeds. Enough of talking: let action speak. We

We pray for this nation, that all people, whatever their race, or beliefs or
background, may be able to live together in harmony. Lord, hear us.
We pray for all who are unemployed, especially those who feel depressed because they

Get rid of all bitterness, passion, and anger. No more shouting or insults, no more
hateful feelings of any sort. Instead, be kind and tender-hearted to one another, and
forgive one another, as God has forgiven you through Christ.
We should not judge the poor by their clothes and their outward appearance
on
the contrary, if you consider the poor in the light of faith, then you will see they take
the place of God the Son, who chose to be poor. (Saint Vincent de Paul)
